        Make this delicious bircher muesli the night before and make your mornings easier!
Serves 6
Ingredients
- 17.6 oz EasiYo Greek Style Plain 2% Yogurt
 
- 6.3 oz (2 ⅛ cup) oats (quick cook, or wholegrain for more texture)
 
- 12 fl oz almond milk
 
- 3.5 oz dried cranberries or golden raisins
 
- ½ tsp cinnamon
 
- 2 fl oz maple syrup or honey
 
- 1 grated red apple (skin on, but excess juice squeezed out)
 
- Raspberries, honey & chia seeds for garnish
 
Method
- Combine yogurt, oats, milk, cranberries, cinnamon and honey and mix well.
 
- Chill for at least 3 hours or overnight.
 
- Fold in the grated apple.
 
- Spoon into glasses and top with extra yogurt, fresh raspberries a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of chia seeds before serving.
