Bircher Muesli

Bircher Muesli

Make this delicious bircher muesli the night before and make your mornings easier!

Serves 6

Ingredients
  • 17.6 oz EasiYo Greek Style Plain 2% Yogurt
  • 6.3 oz (2 ⅛ cup) oats (quick cook, or wholegrain for more texture)
  • 12 fl oz almond milk
  • 3.5 oz dried cranberries or golden raisins
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 fl oz maple syrup or honey
  • 1 grated red apple (skin on, but excess juice squeezed out)
  • Raspberries, honey & chia seeds for garnish
Method
  1. Combine yogurt, oats, milk, cranberries, cinnamon and honey and mix well.
  2. Chill for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  3. Fold in the grated apple.
  4. Spoon into glasses and top with extra yogurt, fresh raspberries a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of chia seeds before serving.
