Raita

Ingredients
  • 1 cup EasiYo Greek Style Plain 2% Yogurt
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds, toasted then ground in mortar & pestle
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ cucumber, finely chopped or grated

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Serve with Onion Bhaji or alongside your favorite curry.
