Mango lassi

Mango lassi

Serves 2


  • 1 cup EasiYo Greek Style Plain 2% Yogurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup chopped very ripe fresh mango (or frozen chopped mango or a cups of canned mango pulp)
  • 4 tsp honey
  • a dash of ground cardamom (optional)
  • Ice (optional)       


  1. Put mango, yogurt, milk, honey and cardamom into a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
  2. If you want a thicker consistency blend in some ice cubes as well.
  3. Sprinkle with a pinch of ground cardamom to serve.
