1 ½ cups of cheddar cheese, grated (reserve a little for sprinkling on top)
½ cup blue cheese, crumbled
2 Tbsp sage, chopped
Pinch salt
Method
Preheat oven to 390°F and line an oven tray with baking paper.
Combine flour, salt, sage and both cheddar and blue cheese in a bowl. Add yogurt and bring together with a knife to make a soft dough.
Form 8-10 portions onto the prepared tray and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Flatten lightly and bake until cooked through and golden, about 15-20 minutes.
