Blue Cheese and Sage Scones (Biscuits)

Ingredients
  • 2 cups EasiYo Greek Style Plain 2% Yogurt
  • 2 ½ cups self rising flour
  • 1 ½ cups of cheddar cheese, grated (reserve a little for sprinkling on top)
  • ½ cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp sage, chopped
  • Pinch salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 390°F and line an oven tray with baking paper.
  2. Combine flour, salt, sage and both cheddar and blue cheese in a bowl. Add yogurt and bring together with a knife to make a soft dough.
  3. Form 8-10 portions onto the prepared tray and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Flatten lightly and bake until cooked through and golden, about 15-20 minutes.
