Feta, Herb and Garlic Yogurt Dip

Tickle your taste buds with this easy and delicious yogurt dip.  With only a few ingredients but loads of flavour this dip is a great addition to any platter.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups of EasiYo Greek Style Plain 2% Yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1.4oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • Salt & pepper
  • Sprinkle of chilli flakes
  • Whole seed crackers, carrot, cucumber, asparagus, red capsicum

    Method

    1. Combine yogurt, garlic, rosemary and sprinkle in half the feta and mix well.
    2. Season to taste and spoon into a serving bowl.
    3. Top with remaining crumbled feta and sprinkle with chilli flakes.
    4. Chill for 30 minutes or longer and serve with your favourite dipping bits.
