Fruity Yogurt Slice

Easy afternoon tea is sorted! EasiYo Fruity yogurt slice requires minimal effort for maximum flavour. Trust us, you’ll be coming back for seconds.



  • 1 stick plus 1 Tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup caster sugar


  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • ½ cup (125ml) EasiYo Greek Style Passionfruit yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • ⅓ cup caster sugar
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • Selection of fresh fruit: berries, peaches, apricots etc.


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 10” x 7” slice tin with baking paper
  2. To make the base, put all the base ingredients into a food processor and pulse until the mixture just starts to clump together.
  3. Set aside ⅓ of the base mix (for the topping) and pour the remaining ⅔ on the tin, and lightly press
  4. Bake for around 18 minutes until it browns lightly around the edges.
  5. While the base is cooking, prepare the filling by putting cream cheese, sugar & egg into the processor and whizz until smooth.
  6. Add the yogurt & lemon juice and whizz again until smooth.
  7. Pour filling over the cooked base & top with fresh sliced fruit & berries.
  8. Sprinkle over the reserved crumble and bake slice for another 20 minutes until just set.
  9. Set aside to cool and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  10. Remove from tin, cut into pieces, and enjoy a side of yogurt and fresh berries.
