Post workout smoothie

Ingredients 

  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup EasiYo Greek Style Vanilla Yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ½ tsp tumeric

Method

Place the peeled banana into the blender.  Add all the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.  Pour into a glass and serve immediately
