        Ingredients
- 1 bulb or head of garlic, unpeeled
 
- ½ Tbsp oil
 
- lemon juice to taste
 
- salt and freshly ground pepper
 
- 1 cup drained (8-10 hours) EasiYo Greek Style Plain 2% Yogurt 
 
Method
- Preheat the oven to 360°CF
 
- Place the garlic on a sheet of aluminum foil.
 
- Drizzle the oil over the garlic, then bring together the corners of the foil to make a sealed package.
 
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the garlic is soft.
 
- Remove from the oven and when cool enough to handle, cut the garlic in half horizontally with a pair of kitchen scissors.
 
- Squeeze out the pulp into a small bowl .
 
- Add the drained yogurt, lemon juice and season to taste.
 
- Mix well and serve with toasted pita bread.
