Scrumpy Scroodles
Ingredients
- 8¾ oz EasiYo Greek Style Plain 2% Yogurt
- 3½ oz Streaky bacon, chopped
- 3½ oz cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp Bacon and onion soup mix
- 2¾ oz Self-raising flour
- 2 Tbsp chopped chives
- Extra grated cheese for topping
- Extra bacon for topping
Method
- Preheat oven to 360°F.
- Line 20 small muffin tins with squares of baking paper.
- Put all the ingredients into a bowl and using a fork, mix together gently until just combined.
- Spoon into small muffin tins. Place a small piece of bacon on top, and top with a little extra grated cheese.
- Bake 15 minutes until puffy and golden.
- Serve hot or cold
