Scrumpy Scroodles

Ingredients

  • 8¾ oz EasiYo Greek Style Plain 2% Yogurt
  • 3½ oz Streaky bacon, chopped
  • 3½ oz cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp Bacon and onion soup mix
  • 2¾ oz Self-raising flour
  • 2 Tbsp chopped chives
  • Extra grated cheese for topping
  • Extra bacon for topping

    Method

    1. Preheat oven to 360°F.
    2. Line 20 small muffin tins with squares of baking paper.
    3. Put all the ingredients into a bowl and using a fork, mix together gently until just combined.
    4. Spoon into small muffin tins. Place a small piece of bacon on top, and top with a little extra grated cheese. 
    5. Bake 15 minutes until puffy and golden.
    6. Serve hot or cold
