Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • ½ cup EasiYo Greek Style Blueberry Yogurt
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1 banana
  • 1-2 tsp acaí powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey

Optional toppings

  • Blueberries, raspberries or sliced strawberries
  • Chia seeds
  • Coconut chips
  • Acaí powder
  • Sliced banana

Method

  1. Blitz all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
  2. Spoon smoothie into a bowl and arrange your favorite choice of fruit and seed toppings on top.
  3. Serve immediately.
