Smoothie Cubes

Ingredients

  • ½ cup EasiYo Greek Style Blueberry Yogurt
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1 banana
  • 1-2 tsp acaí powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 cup EasiYo Greek Style Plain 2% Yogurt or milk

Method

  1. Blitz first 7 ingredients together then pour into ice cube trays and freeze.
  2. When you are ready to make a smoothie, add 4-6 frozen smoothie cubes (depending on the size of your ice cube tray) to one cup of yogurt or milk and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
