Spiced Vanilla Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- ⅔ cup medium grain rice
- 4 star anise
- ¼ cup honey
- Pinch salt
- 3 cups milk
- ½ cup EasiYo Greek Style Vanilla Yogurt
Method
- Place rice, star anise, honey and salt in a pan on a medium heat. Cover with milk and bring to a gentle boil.
- Turn the heat down and simmer for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the mixture is thick and creamy, remove from heat and stir through the yogurt.
- Remove the star anise before serving with an extra drizzle of honey and a dusting of cinnamon.
