Method

  1. Line a sieve with a clean fabric cloth and place on top of a bowl. Pour the yogurt into the cloth and leave to strain in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  2. Whisk strained yogurt with all other ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve alongside your favourite corn chips, pita bread or vegetable sticks.
