Pizza Dough

This easy three ingredient pizza dough is ready in under 10 minutes and provides the perfect base for your favourite pizza toppings.  You could even get your kids in on this fun action by choosing their favourite toppings.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour, plus extra for dusting
  • ¾ cup EasiYo Greek Style Plain 2% Yogurt
  • ¼ tsp salt

    Method

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking tray with baking paper.
    2. Combine pizza dough ingredients together to form a ball. Knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
    3. On the prepared baking tray, roll the dough out to form the pizza base.
    4. Top with your favourite toppings, or try our Moroccan Lamb Pizza
    5. Once topped, bake for 10-15 minutes or until the base is crisp.
