Easy Frozen Yogurt 4 Ways

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 frozen bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup EasiYo Greek Style Strawberry Yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Method

  1. Combine ingredients into a food processor or high-speed blender.
  2. Pour into a pan and smooth into an even layer.
  3. Freeze for 2 hours, or until frozen but still a little soft for scooping. (If freezing overnight, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, but let it sit out at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes before scooping).
  4. Scoop into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.

 

Variations

Blueberry

  • 3 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup EasiYo Greek Style Blueberry Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp honey

Top with pistachio nuts and coconut

Tropical

  • 3 cups mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups EasiYo Greek Style Passionfruit Yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp honey

Top with toasted coconut

Raspberry & Lemon

  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 2 cups EasiYo Greek Style Raspberry & Lemon Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp honey

Top with more frozen raspberries and lemon zest
