Easy Frozen Yogurt 4 Ways
Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen strawberries
- 2 frozen bananas, sliced
- 1 cup EasiYo Greek Style Strawberry Yogurt
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Method
- Combine ingredients into a food processor or high-speed blender.
- Pour into a pan and smooth into an even layer.
- Freeze for 2 hours, or until frozen but still a little soft for scooping. (If freezing overnight, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, but let it sit out at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes before scooping).
- Scoop into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
Variations
Blueberry
- 3 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 cup EasiYo Greek Style Blueberry Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp honey
Top with pistachio nuts and coconut
Tropical
- 3 cups mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups EasiYo Greek Style Passionfruit Yogurt
- 3 Tbsp honey
Top with toasted coconut
Raspberry & Lemon
- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 2 cups EasiYo Greek Style Raspberry & Lemon Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp honey
Top with more frozen raspberries and lemon zest
